INFORM Consumers Act Policy (High-Volume Third-Party Sellers)

Last updated: November 4, 2026

KidResize is operated by Arvo Equities, 255 South Orange Ave Suite 104-1715, Orlando, FL 32801. Federal law (the INFORM Consumers Act) requires online marketplaces to collect, verify and, in some cases, disclose information about high-volume sellers. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Who is a high-volume seller

You are a high-volume seller if, in any continuous 12-month period during the past 24 months, you made 200 or more separate sales of new (never used or worn) items and received $5,000 or more in gross revenue from those sales on KidResize. We count only sales of new (never used or worn) items toward these thresholds. Sales of used items do not count.

2. Information we collect

Within 10 days of you becoming a high-volume seller, you must provide:
- bank account information (collected and verified through your Stripe connected account);
- contact information:
- individuals: your name;
- businesses: the business name and physical address, verified through Stripe;
- a tax identification number (SSN, EIN or ITIN), collected through Stripe;
- a working email address and phone number.

We verify this information within 10 days of receiving it, and verify any changes within 10 days. Stripe verifies your name, tax ID and bank account when you set up payouts, and we confirm your email and phone number. If Stripe can't verify you, we may ask you for more information. If you have not finished by the deadline, new sales of your listings are paused until you do.

3. Annual recertification

At least once a year we will ask you to confirm or update this information in your dashboard. You must respond within 10 days.

4. Sellers with $20,000 or more in annual gross revenue

If you are a high-volume seller with $20,000 or more in annual gross revenue on KidResize, we must show buyers, on your listing pages or order confirmation:
- your full name (or business name);
- your physical address;
- contact information that allows direct and timely communication (phone number, email address, or both).

Partial exceptions (only where the law allows):
- If you certify that you have no business address and only a residential address, we show only your country and state, if any.
- If you certify that you have no business phone or email, we may show only the contact information you do have, plus a way for buyers to message you through KidResize.

We may withdraw an exception if we receive a credible report of unlawful activity.

5. Suspension for non-compliance

If you don't provide, verify or recertify the required information within 10 days of our request, we will suspend your future sales activity until you comply. This also applies if the information is false. Payouts may be held under Section 16 of the Terms.

6. Report suspicious activity

Every listing page has a "Report suspicious activity" link. You can also email help@kidresize.com (subject: "Suspicious activity"), or call 833-462-2786. Use it to report a seller or listing you believe may be selling stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or otherwise illegal products, or that is misusing contact information. We review every report. We may remove listings, request more information, suspend accounts, and refer matters to law enforcement.

7. Privacy and security

We use information collected under this policy only to comply with the law and keep KidResize safe. We protect it with reasonable safeguards, and we do not use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy.
